  • well im very impressed i cannot believe i havent seen these vids before lots of rare beasts love the bratchell models and that jaffa cake very urban theme / i see you got 2 nse epbs good call i bought another nse epb last week i just couldnt resist i wonder if hornby  will release a few more liveries of the vep maybe a few weathered versions hmm in january we will find out cheers thumbs up

  • Thats more like it. Nice hum from that tranny idling, although the motor whine could still be a bit louder I think.

    Don't understand why none of the manufacturers will bring out a 321 set, the are common as muck and operate over a huge area.

  • Amazing sound, I agree! Until now, I've never been that convinced by DCC sound, it always seemed a little "tinny" to me. Especially steam locomotives, though I think they're hard to do. Well done, did you record these sounds yourself?

  • Excellent, very nice sound. I love the sound when she pulls away, that was very good. It is hard to do electric as it is not as "exciting" as diesel or steam, but again great sound. I didnt realize until the end it was a 4 car EMU. Thanks for sharing. Cheers

  • @Irish982 Thanks Irish. Growing up, I only ever really had experience of 2 lines, the LTS and South Eastern, so all my memories are really of electric trains whining as they pulled away, so to me, this is exciting lol
