@okamipower yes you can learn ^^ its not that hard to learn, you just need to find the right tutorials or if you like to learn by yourself id recomend that you goto google and search for the codes and just run it as you want there are alot of difareny methods other than c++ to do programming, i started with dos batchfile programming (not relaly programming) but it is usefull thereafter moved to c++ but to awnser your question yes you can learn at 16, im 17 and am a basic programmer ^^
