i am a 16 year old kid who was craving cheese nachos at 1 in the morning i looked for shells and cheese to use the cheese inside and i didnt have any so i used shredded cheddar cheese....this did not go to well

@TaNkUnLtD You actually may use shredded Cheddar cheese, if you add some milk, butter and a little flour (kind of a cheese sauce).

I'm sure this is great, but I'd make some changes. I'd drain the juice from the tomatoes and use it for something else. I'd just nuke the Velveeta, then stir in the tomatoes. In the commercials, the Velveeta and tomatoes are nuked together.

@CameronHotspurs It depends on who I am cooking for, but for a full meal, practically in one dish, I would go with Parmesan Chicken with Wild Rice. Just add a green salad and heat some French Bread, and it's a meal that everyone loves. For dessert, white chocolate blondies!

in germany you can find this cheese in different flavors in every supermarket...

it's called 'Schmelzkäse' here a popular brand is 'Kraft Food' and/or 'Nadler'

@locamorenanena You can just use regular Velveeta cheese; there is plenty of spice in the canned Rotel tomatoes. If you like you can add some sauteed onions, jalapenos, and garlic.

@jsimon870383 Onions or green onions would be good in this dip. I try not to throw food away. We always have lots of leftovers that I reheat or freeze them for later, and we send food home with my daughter's family.
