"Worth it" - money wise sure. Time wise? WOW was not worth the immense time investment to begin with. I had fun in AOC playing casually. I quit because it didn't have much end game content and had performance issues. I hear that they've fixed most of the performance issues / crashes and a lot of new content has been added.

There's no way you can even run AOC.

To truly enjoy it, I would suggest at the minimum a Athlon X2 4600+ Or an Intel core 2 Duo equivalent. At LEAST 2 GB of RAM and an 8800 GT / GTS to run things decently.

Fair warning: This does NOT scale down very well. High settings play VERY similiary to low settings so if your computer can't handle high, it can't handle low.

Settings are on high. It looks MUCH better in game as opposed to the blurred out youtube resolution / compression.

Hey, i want to buy age of conan, but im not sure of the gameplay.

Do you see people only in town? like, isnt it an online world.

Is it like guild wars? you can just see the people in town.

And is it fun? Or sometime it gets boring?

you share the world, like in an online world, you see them everywhere

The world isn't continuous like WOW in that you have to load every zone as you enter them. However, you can interact with other people in each zone.

The actual game play is much more interactive due to the lack of auto attacking and the introduction of the combo system.
