me first got 14. somethin pretty quick. these are tall too. 42 inches in college

I run the 4x1, 100, 110 hurdles, and the 300 hurdles. But i'm only "good" at the 110. =/

I have been running for 2 years going on my third, and this is my first year with a coach.
I ran a 14.95
thats pretty good man. nice work. keep it up. i didnt really have a lot of coaching either hah
