@nocioniisgod That will not take place if Cannabis is completely legalized, any bill passed would make sure of this. Legalizing is the only way to generate the medical and the economic growth of this plant, while also completely abolishing the cartels and drug dealers at the same time. The myth that will happen is ridiculous, as well, Cannabis would need to be grown properly and organically to get the full aspects of it, unless you wanted to just grow Hemp.
