It's cool that you don't have to cook the oatmeal. Big time saver. I notice my myoplex meal replacement shakes they use oat flour. Which is pretty much the same as blending the flakes in blender shake to a smooth consistency. My preference is to peel and cut the bananas in half, and freeze them. Just like frozen berries and ice cubes, I find it makes the shake really cold and thickens it a bit. Another great video. Thanks!

@evanid321 Depends what you mean by degrade. It doesn't lose it biological value as amino acids if thats what you mean. In this case its a powder so blending will only mix it with the liquid. Hope it helps.

Hey, by the way, i tried this recipe. It tastes very good! I love your videos!! I don't have protein powder and flax cereal, so i did it this way:
1 cup of skim milk
1 banana
3/4 cup of quaker oats
2 or 3 scoops of baking cocoa
6 ice cubes
It's amazing, if you guys don't have protein powder, try it this way :D
