Though I've never thrown my computer monitor anywhere in a fit of stress, I have certainly felt like it from time to time. And my poor keyboard has taken a pounding once or twice when my frustration was greater than my patience. :-)

I actually love popping the plastic bubble wrap when I need a release. It's a great way to temporarily escape the stressful situation, doing something completely mindless-and it seems to shift my state. Then when I get back to work, my energy flows more freely.
