this was an amazin film, Penn an Franco were just so perfect together on screen,

I remember in the early 80's as an outreach worker thinking that youth culture of the following generations would be much more open and educated and hate, fear, and ignorance would eventually end,

but that has not been the case, there are many things which homophobes are and being uneducated is a big part of their problems,

that and a fear of sex

Amazing film, Brilliant Actors and powerful casts in one movie that you will not forget. It is timely for our generation where equality is at stake. Harvey White started it so we have to continue his legacy not only fghting for gay rights but for all civil rights that we deserve. Watch this beautiful film and this is one of the best films ever in the history of cinema.

being gay doesn't mean that you are a evil person it just means that is your sexual preference. I am so tired of people acting like that is such a big thing. PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE we aren't perfect none of us are. but if you think just because what someone does in their bedroom truly defines them as this or that that is sad.

be careful with your words though because for some, it not a sexual preference only. it is emotional as well as physical. and some people do not even choose a gender or sex that they prefer being with, but rather they find someone who displays characteristics that they find attractive, both personality wise and physically and they fall in love with them. saying that it is purely sexual suggests that sex is the only thing queer individuals are concerned with.

at first i was inspired by the story of a humble ordinary person taking on the political establishment. i wanted to find out more about this movie, see when it is playing, etc.

but then, aftr the end of this trailer, there was a link to a hamster on a piano eating popcorn. after that, a cat eating a string, and a chihuahua fighting a ferret. there goes my morning!
