  • hey tuan ! i pooted !

  • Tuan, is there anything that you're not good at??

I mean every video you've done, before I watch I'm like okay this is new so it's gonna be pretty much average. But damnnn you pull everything off like a pro!!!

What a great inspiration you really are. Also if you ever have the time, could you please post a short video of your diet when cutting? Thanks so much

  • hey nice video! btw i dont think youd consider a jumprope a "unique" item..haha

  • good videos dude! keep them coming!

  • Loving the skipping, look like an asian roy jones jr. Haha!

  • Hi there. I really enjoy your videos and you seem like you're in really good shape. I wanted to know if you've posted any videos where you talk about your particular diet?

  • @bejustlikekobe do not have any but will be coming with them soon

  • nice...

the jump rope is my favorite type of cardio excercise.

i always get to into though and end up skipping for about a hour.

  • I really like your videos Tuan. I've seen many bodybuilders post videos and very rarely do I see them allow comments. It's a shame so many people post negative comments about you or your workouts. I think it makes you an easy target for "shit talkers" by allowing comments. But, I for one, think you're doing a fine job of helping people. Also, the before and after pictures of your clients are outstanding. Great job. -Joe

  • if i wanted to do this for my main source of cardio, how long should i do it for? using 2 minutes of jumping and then a minute of rest would a total of 30 minutes be enough? or maybe longer?

  • who cares about his glasses....haha can you do more cardio workouts and do a tutorial for jump roping i always trip up =(

  • tuan is so sexy and manly

  • have you ever tried jumping rope barefoot? I've heard it's great for learning proper landing mechanics and building strong foot muscles for healthy arches, you get way more of a burn in the calves as well :D

  • this videos has nothing to do with my glasses. also, I need to be able to see what i am doing. now if you are willing to give me a new pair as a gift, or wire me money for a new pair, I would not object to it. I would be happy to accept

  • @roughneckasian I have to go to the gym in glasses. I tried to do it blind for a long time and finally I just said screw it. You look fine in them.

  • it does.. if you want people to hire you as personal trainer.. everyone needs packaging if you want to be successful.. those glasses ruin your handsome face

  • 400 meters&jump rope,great cardio tuan.

  • I'm sorry Tuan, but it so funny to see you jump rope and where are you at lol them big ass tires lol anyway back to the subject. I have alway thought jump roping was the shit. A lot people over look it. Keep the vids coming!

  • great advice, thanks!

  • Hey Tuan , i would love to see a supplement video by you. Id really like to hear your oppinion towards Whey/ Creatin etc.!

    keep it up!

  • man if you had a light up jump rope you could do that at parties lol

  • he is so solid his pecs barely even move jumping on that hard surface. Tuan is the MAN

  • excellent hand, eye and mental co ordination mate, it seems that skpping rope is a great body conditioner. stay fit

  • 10 straight minutes of skipping rope is approximately equal to 30 minutes of distance running. It's far superior... but be careful of your knees, ankles, etc... like he said, do it on a soft surface.

  • I love jumping rope and incorporate into all my workouts... I like a 2 min on/30 second off pace for 15-20 minutes :)

  • lol

  • Man of a man! i'm asian too and i'm starting my steps in bodybuilding. you are DEFINITELY an inspiration to me! keep it up! wanna be built like u, man!

  • thank you for giving us easy exercises .. I love watchin your videos keep it up ;)

  • Have you seen him in contest shape? He is one of the hottest guys EVER, period!

  • awesome physique and SO CUTE

  • I like the way you incorporate various exercises for cardiojumping rope, 400 meter sprint, double end bag, etc. While most guys are married to the treadmill, youre out there mixing it up! I think that results in better conditioning all the way around, and defeats the boredom. The static workout regimen is what causes people to get stuck in that plateau phase, and many turn to steroids to get past that, but I think you would be the perfect personal trainer to work around sticking points.

  • SO HOT!!!!!!

  • Hey Tuan, what kind of jumprope are you using?

  • Nike jump rope

  • fucking beast at jump rope

  • This is awesome man, you have great coordination skills. 5/5

  • frig you're gorgeous -.-

  • good luck

  • Tuan, you seen HANNIBAL FOR KING on youtube, or FREESTYLIN ON THE PULL UP BAR. People go check these dudes out, awesome shape from working the pull up bars and other outdoor exercises.

  • Looking damn good man

  • you are such an amazing athlete!

  • great video man, ur a beast brah
