  • @Russellt0228 he added a ten and five to each side, don't ever lift a bar with different weights per side, you'll hurt yourself badly

  • Kevin I am new to your site and loving it. I am 5' 4" and I just got my body weight up to 200 lb my arm chest and legs are looking great size wise how can I keep the mass ,and get rid of the fat

  • im no professional but i have the same problem and what im doing that is working "for me" is im stacking a fat burner (GAT JetFuel Pyro) with (GAT JetFuse NOX) and before and after my workout i double my protien intake for mass. I workout my best areas like aways do and i go HARD on the prolem areas MIDSECTION. and dont forget the most important part DIET because the calories you take in may be whats keeping the fat around. Im no pro or spokes person! this just works for me. Hope it helps. :-)

  • Man....I need some of that Levrone shake boy! I hit this workout today, but I could only get 3 sets of 4 reps with 345 lbs...my last set I only hit 3 reps!!! Oh well...you're stronger than me anyway...but I am still trying to keep up!

  • @EpitomeOfJimmy actually some bodybuilders like arnold for instance liked it and inch above chest, others like kevin like it right on the chest (no bounce). it's what you feel like that squeezes the most is whats important make sure on flat bench the bar lowers down to your nipple area

  • It's not always accurate...but the max bench calculator puts 345 x 5 reps at 402 lb max. Of course this was your last set, so I'm just guessing if you did a max set you could squeeze out 6 or 7 reps. It's pretty assuring that you could hit 405 now.

  • Hey Kev, I have a question for you.

    How much rest do you take in between your sets? I am a big fan of training by instinct, so I generally just go at it again when I feel the time is right. Usually on compound movements like squats or deads I take a little more time. Just would like to hear your thoughts on it.
