Mormon, like every religion is based on a mythological, story-book of fictional people - Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Mary, Joseph, etc. There has never been a shred of evidence for anything remotely similar to a "god". How do thinking people believe in this fictitious, fraudulent nonsense - angels, afterlife with the imaginary boss in the sky, miracles, etc.?

Lucifer was created by God as a perfect angel. He was called Lucifer while he lived in heaven. After he sinned and persistently refused to repent he was thrown out of heaven. When Lucifer was cast out of heaven he lost his name Lucifer and he became known as Satan.

I wonder if the Mo church leadership likes their missionaries to be inexperienced and uninformed so it gives the church plausible deniability concerning what the official church doctrine is and at the same time testing what will hook new converts. Poor Mo missionaries! Theyre really good kids who truly want to serve God. All they know is what theyve been told and they have trusted its validity. Most have lived exemplary lives and sacrificed a lot to be a missionary. I was once just as brainwashed and enthusiast to the cause—I knew it was Gods work.

Faith leads to action, if a man doesn't act on his faith then does he truly believe?

James 2:26

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

Are we saved by grace? Yes, but in order to recieve grace we must repent and be baptized.

See Acts 2:38

Repent(a work) Be Baptized (another work) then receive the Gift of the Holy Ghost.
