I dno about that Nellek. Different breed of exercises. Hannibal has a crap load of control on bars but that is what he does for his amusement. These guys do this for their amusement which I'd imagine is to improve at mixed martial arts. they are both strong bastards just with different passion.
your videos show an unbeatable intensity. Ive seen several thousand videos about conditioning synergy etc, and your clips are among the most extremest ones!!! Thank you, and keep postin
@smexyyellow, Oh smexy cant we just be friends! Im not a kid and im not overweight so those two assumptions are fail. Im assuming "propobably" is another one of those "internet" words?.
Your the one going on about choke holds, and then saying i would have to be 200 pounds of solid muscle to take you on, Helio Gracie developed BJJ to tackle people a lot bigger than him self.
I actually think you're one of them Fat ufc fanboys who runs about in a tapout tshirt. An unskilled roy nelson
@Nedmonds1987 I actually don't watch UFC that much or take it serious. I'm also 6% bodyfat. Fast metabolism+working out at the gym almost everyday. I probably won't put you in a chokehold, but i'll bodyslam or DDT you. I can tell you're not studying Gracie's fighing style or know their ways which is why I implied you better be a bodybuilder or something. If you wana be friends though I want an apology.
@Smexyyellow,oh the irony you manage to point out that i have said your and not "you're" and then you come back with "I am dissapoint son". And honestly i reckon i would pretty much decimate you standing up or on the ground. You must be around the age of 12 if you're having to point out that a choke hold never came from WWE. And you would manage to get both arms around my neck? You must have arms of a malnourished child...
@Nedmonds1987 I'm actually 6 foot tall and 19 years old. "I am dissapoint son" was typed on purpose. You never heard it on the internet before? You can propobably decimate a big mac if I shoved it down your throat. I know you're one of those overweight kids. Don't try to deny it. Unless you're 200 pounds of solid muscle and know how to fight, nah I don't think you would decimate me.
@Nedmonds1987 First of all it is "you're" Secondly, WWE is a joke and that is not where it originated from, It's commonly used in forms of martial arts and street-fighting to put your lights out and you pretty much won't break out of a chokehold if my arms are tightly wrapped around your neck. Oh, and you're done already? I am dissapoint son.
@Smexyyellow I can totally imagine you sitting at your keyboard tyring to construct a meaningful sentence showing how bad ass you are on youtube... And failing...horribly.
@Nedmonds1987 I don't have to "show" anything or even try to act like a badass. Flame wars are irrelevant, and you pretty much pushed my button. I normally ignore idiots like you, but you just caught my attention and deserved to get flamed. Either way if I could get a hold of you i'd get you in a chokehold and put you to sleep.
@Nedmonds1987 I can totally imagine you saying that and i'm standing right behind you in real life and you turn around and piss yourself, then I just steamroll you. Yeah...you'd shut the fuck then.
@mystisohorney i boxed all the way through my forces career , ending up in places you may only famtasise about, i am now working with Pro MMA fighters, after conclusively researching conditioning techinques whilst lecturing in sport and exercise science. if you dont like this training, you can always go watch some gay ass bodybuilders?
@mystisohorney you have conclusively proved that you arent entitled to an opinion on this matter, this is the reality of functional training, not some half baked idea that you probably read in some gay fitness magazine, taking it all in because you liked the look of the models who may appear in good shape, but are not functionally strong
@fitness10001 I wrestled in college, trained in Thailand, what have you done? Besides trying to pull rank on you, some of the strongest people I have ever wrestled got that way by being in great shape and being strong from wrestling like an animal in practice, not from throwing ropes around or pushing tires up hills... Anything you do that is hard on the body will work, but why should I look like a jackass while doing it? Do I need to put a log on my back and jump around like a dipshit in the gym
@fasthands, this may appear unorthadox, but definately the way to challenge the nuero- muscular system as well as the vascular system. this way of training will break into the mainstream in my opinion very soon , and it is based on my work with pro fighters, nothing conditions and creates more robustness, than this type of "non conventional" training, it is thebest compliment to sparring, gaining strength and endurance in movement patterns, not just muscles like you get in traditional exercise
People saying these exercises don't work, obviously has never trained in a good mma or wrestling gym. I train most of these exercises and compete my self. However it was nice seeing some new creativity, though don't know if I will be doing bear crawls on the treadmill, people will probably get afraid at my local gym :)
wow this shit is gay.. you want to get in shape? Simple. Work your ass off in training; run, hit the heavy bag, jump rope, spar rounds, etc. You dont need to roll tires up hills, crawl on treadmills, put mattresses on your back, or tie a bunch of ropes around yourself.... people will buy into anything as long as you put it in the right package
@mystisohorney yes and the pro fighters dont use this way of training because it doesnt work -.- fucking crap U NEED CONDITION AND EXPLOSIVE STRENGH + FUNCTIONAL STRENGH in order to WIN the fucking fight! (techniques etc too)
@Germanrap33 you dont know what your talking about. im a professional fighter with a 3rd degree blackbelt in brazillian jiu jitsu and an expert level american freestyle kickboxer. i train like this and my professional record is 16-1-0. i guess it doesnt work though right?
@mystisohorney you are just a jealous person. read a book or go to a credible club and train against guys who train like this and you will see the difference. fighters who train their bodies and their systems to the fullest of their abilities out perform those who just hit bags. its only logical my friend.
@mystisohorney you are more than welcome to that opinion, however my success and credentials are all the proof i need. you are right saying a fighter needs conditioning, power and function, however, what about this style of conditioning isnt functional? it may be slightly unorthodox, but never the less effective. the gentlemen in the video no doubt train in other ways as well. there is no way you just witnessed their entire regiment. call me illogical, but ive been at this a long time. it works.
another awesome workout . Is this your own gym ? if i tried half of the excersices in my gym , i'd be thrown out for health and safety reasons lol. You guys have inspired me once again
On the contrary you should always train hard,no matter what you use. I just say some of the exercises are a little bit too much show for my taste.
.Take ross enamait ,he too use impressive exercises like triple clap pushups, weighted one arm rollouts etc,but running on the machine with a rope tied hallo??????? However if you like it, thats your business.
@Anmeldn so what you're saying is you think fighters don't have to train hard during the weight training? just the heavy bag and sparring type things? maybe for amateurs that will work
@wowcrazy70 Thats like saying working out and dieting dont go together.........if you read the Bible you wouild know the two dont go together and you would have some respect for it. Just sayin......
Static holds and gymnastics use a lot of isometric contractions which build strength at specific joint angles and this improves overall strength in the whole dynamic movement for various exercises.
@wilki6467 I believe so because when I was 17 I could hardly do one full pull up. I then conditioned myself by doing isometric holds and negative contractions. This improved my strength when I started to do dynamic repetitions. Check my videos on my page mate for a bit of an insight.

trained with such complicated exercises they were focussed on fighting!
