i love this vid so much! also, for people wondering (bc i know i was!) according to her replies in the comments: she did maybe 60 twists on wet hair with aveda be curly and a shea butter mix of coconut oil and aloe vera gel. she wore the twists for 2-3 days. :)

so now others won't have to search through them all like i did lol

hey how do you keep your hair from becoming frizzy at the roots? i prefer to wear my twists for a couple days, but the roots are very frizzy when i'm ready to take it out - maybe it will look better once i see the results?! HELP!

Yeah now that is what Im talking about. Im a black /african american male or what ever you want to call it but I rock the fro. I don't care what people say I love my hair. The only problem with it is that it takes a lot of time and care. Doing twist can be a pain the ass but worth it. Well keep rocking the natural.

Awesome. No matter how many different styles i try on my natural hair I always come back to the two strand twists. The style I'm wearing now are small two strand twists on blowed out hair. I love it. Now I'm going to try your style next. And I have a shea mix that I use too. Keeps the hair moisturized for days and days. I guess that two strand twist is my staple cause you can never go wrong with it. Thanks so much for sharing.

@nicolerenee7 just wanted to help with you twist out question. try not parting with a comb and just grabbing the section and twisting, that took my part showing problem away, also to make it hang around your face, I usally will untwist them but dont separate fully. I hope to have a video up soon showing more...

Hi I had natural hair for most of my life. I had a perm when i was 12 and that ended in my hair breaking off. My hair took a long time to grow to the end of my neck and in the back it reaches my back. I need help because as i was looking at the videos i realized my hair is just not healthy. It breaks alot, its thin and  takes a long time to grow. It probably does not help i wear weaves but my hair is damages and is not growing like it should.

@BXBorn...I have quite course, shrinking hair. As in,it's past my shoulder when pulled, but if I wet it an let it dry, it's 3 inches long at best. My twist out is cute but I have never had the curl definition seen in this vid.  Mine does more of a wavy curly thing. FYI. Hope that helps.

thank you! i've been natural for 8 years. my transition was easy. i just went to a barbershop and cut all my hair off, wore it low for a while then grew it out.
