First of the ZM doesn't offer the "ultimate solution" it offers a train of though in which there is no ultimate anything because there will be always problems and society is always changing, secondly if the entire population is on board what would soldiers gain for being against them, the system needs people in order to function, also soldiers are part of the population too and people like you and me, very conditionated to serve the ellite but still people capable of thinking and disagreeing.
The plan is to get this ideas mainstream to make people aware of this direction, if in the process we get some governments attention good if not we just keep spreading the message and as people begin to become unhappy with the system more people will support our ideas, when we are ready we can eventualy build an exprimental city or even ofgrid communities but this ideas still far from being globaly knowned. It doesn't serve much making blueprints if there are not enough people listening.
