dude i know that the L-version is only available in the US. I am from UK and they offer both, but i prefered to drive the 600h and not the L simply because I wanted to get behind the wheel. Obviously in UK we don't have big roads and spacey area like you americans have.
That is the controller for the shiatsu massager/vibrator/heat function that comes on the executive package. Functions on the right rear seat only along with the recline and legrest.

Then you will have to purchase one overseas. L is the only version currently available on american soil.
