I'm wondering, was Cookie Monster still brand new to Sesame Street here in this skit or, has he just not starred in a lot of skits (I have seen this skit in the 1980s)? I was wondering this because, Cookie Monster's fur looks very shiny blue where it looks like he hasn't been used too much in skits since he has very shiny clean fur on this skit. (In other skits, I'm sure his fur is clean but it's not shiny).
That's true. That guy probably wanted to keep the cookies for himself and/or, he probably just wanted to take money off of people who play the game so that anyone who plays the game and loses would think that it was not worth playing the game in the first place.
Definately, if I was Cookie Monster, I would report that guy to the owner of that carnival for hiding something on the game after me hearing him laughing secretly.
Actually, Cookie Monster doesn't usually eat people. However, there was one skit where he tried to eat Guy Smiley and another skit where he tried to eat Kermit The Frog.
Yes you're right. Maybe as soon as the weight reached "5", a broken piece of the game hit the bell very hard which made the bell ring (it probably went too fast that nobody was able to see it hit the bell), and not the weight.
Take a close look between at time index 1:51. The weight never really goes up to ring the bell before the strength tester collapses. It gets up to about 5 then goes back down the wire as the only surviving piece. Whether its machines or letters Coookie sure knows how to make a mess of them.
I agree, and I thought the same thing. That guy was very rude to make that game impossible for anyone to win. He probably just wants to make money, and never wants to give away the prizes. I'm sure he wants to keep the cookies all for himself to have for his snack break, and never share them with anyone.

Sesame Street needs to show more funnier moments like this, and less of Elmo's World.

I second your statement. The Sesame Street classic clips like this are much more entertaining than Elmo's World.
