Cheers Si, Yeahh it was a scramble for the spot day as the sun was in a very difficult position for filming, so I thought I'd set up my tripod on the side of the bridge and hope for the best! However the sun did go round abit more & obviously I got the advantage on my side... however the other videographers went on the other side as it was crampt for space which was a real pain as they had no lighting :-( , Cheers Si
Many thanks Bob, ohh yes she certainly did that! phwoahhh lovely to see her at this location to be honest I thought wasn't going to look as good as this but she did look lovely... Cheers Bob
Nice to see you still had some sun on your side and the wind blowing the trail of steam to the left! I must say its so unusaul to have steam running on the fast line as its usually for HST's going at 125mph!
Thanks Ryan, ohhh yes it was very nice to actually have a steam loco that was really showing her powerfull efforts off as she was powering through on the fast at Cholsey, No need to stop at Didcot so why not ehhh :-P Cheers mate
Excellent footage! When i went to Goring last week, I was told she may be on the fast so was waiting that side for her and then luckily someone shouted at me tellin me she was on the other side, just in time! And yesterday she was on the fast...! Excellent footage. I spent the morning at Cam seeing a class 60 or tug whatever you call them and then saw bittern at Standish junction along with the return of the class 60. 5* and fav'd
Cheers Sam. Blimey you got lucky there then! Nice of someone to tell you ehhh :-D yeahhhh we saw the tug aswell on the murcos... the freight video from this location is still to be made :-) Cheers mate
I think i saw a different tug to you. It was the army one in like a red/brown kinda colour, gota nice 2 tone at Cam and then passing under a bridge at Standish! Yeh i was lucky! Got a whistle as well. Found Challow last week too! By accident so got real close! Dont think I'd be able to find it again now though!
Cheers mate,Yeah the scenery in the countryside is fantastic, cant beat the good old steam locomotives especially with there performances! Cheers mate
Cheers Ant... Yeahhh I agree with the location... it was a very tight spot where I was stood as you know when you were there! very short space for a shot with the sun on the side of the traction! Cheers mate

Beautiful countryside. Nicely framed videography. Loved the steam lingering and swirling.
