dude, go to control panel/user accounts. then turn off the USER ACCOUNT CONTROL OFF. restart and follow the steps in the video word by word, it will work 100%!gud luck!

It works! But i needed to put these files into system32 and pl-PL. Now i have the english language in my apperance options. You can use the installing bat file too , but put these files to your language - Your language (EN-US , pl-PL)
