I appreciate the thorough coverage of cor pulmonale I t did not anwwer all of my questions, but it gave me questions to ask my pulmonologist and cardiologiicst. I am currently suffering from chronic PH brought on by pulmonary embolism with subsequent cor pulmonale. My doctors do not seem to know what to do to make things any better - or at least keep them from getting worse.
