  • im the 4444th wach :D

  • what batteries r u running in that vxl?

  • @20CorvetteZr109 I think that it's a TrueRC 15C 6400mah 2S2P lipo.

  • Fake

  • @speedy02 What do you mean by fake? fake rc cars? fake driving? fake skatepark? :)

  • i love the part at 2:48 its epic!

  • Vxl is crap for speed unless you have a lipo really you could Almost get the same 70+ mph results with the normal rustler on normal battery and it's not really worth the money unless your planning on putting a top of the line lipo in the vxl and getting the 70+ mph result traxxas promises on the box.

  • @ipodtester1 - Not everyone is interested in going as fast as humanly possible. Driving is about more than straight lines (which is the only thing you can do going 70mph...)

  • @ipodtester1 im going velineon on my xl5 and my xl5 now does 50 with the brushed motor lol!!! but i ordered vxl today so now it should maybe go 70 haha

  • damn the xl5 outruns the vxl??

  • @xXShadowRejectsXx - You need to watch Part 2. In this first part, the VXL is in training mode, and in the 2nd video, it's in sport mode - BIG jumps!

  • they can sure take some crashes

  • I hope i never have to hear...on youre mark, get set ....go!!! Never again in my life!!! This guy said it like 6 or 7 times.... It looks like they had fun tho!!!

  • nice flip

  • can anybody help me out here? k, im interested in buying an electric rc. i was thinking the stock slash at first because of durability.. but im starting to think the rustler vxl is a better car. i know the rustler would be faster than the stock slash.. but how durable is it? do any parts break?

  • I recommend the rustler vxl over the slash. They are both very tough, but the VXL will be much faster and easier to find parts to upgrade. Yes, parts will break more the faster you go, so you may break more parts with the vxl rustler, but it's not because its any weaker, it's just that the slash can't get going as fast.

  • i would agree to this

    i love my rustler

  • Nice video thanks

  • hey how much runtime do u get with the 2s and also wow i did not know the rusty vxl has training mode cause i got a lot of friends who like to try and drive it but they suk at it and they almost trashed my slash but great vid

  • iirc, he would usually get about 1hr 15min, or so, but of course, that's on training mode, so probably 35-40 minutes on sport mode.

  • If u put the xl-5 on a 15 turn trust me it will easily break 35 mph with a standard 4200 6 cell nimh.

  • associated, isnt the stock motor for the xl-5 a 12 turn? 12turn is faster than 15turn. 15turn just give more tork

  • I'm not him, but I'll answer that there's a big difference between a 550 can motor (stock on the XL-5) and 540 can motor (the 15 turn that associated is talking about)

  • yeah, t12 is faster though right? nice vid by the way, i getting a vxl as soon as i have the money, i gotta find a skatepark, lol

  • 12T is only faster than 15T if you're talking about the same size can. 12T 550 is *not* faster than 15T 540! most 15T 540 motors are going to be faster than the 12T 550 stock Titan motor.

  • ohhhhh, kk thanks, nice vid

  • the jump at 2:50 was cool
