Ha! Fifth Turd is probably the most hated bank by customers and employees. Just ask anyone unfortunate enough to do business with them. Their screw the customer attitude has led to significant business results indeed. That's why they're on the brink of bankruptcy or nationalization, whichever comes first. Great job by the Fifth Third "leaders."

The end business result with FTB = Customer Financial Disaster. I'm sure glad I found the Trowbridge Road 1085 video documentary about FTB's failure to protect the customer before I started my building project. I'll be sure to let my friends and family know NOT to trust FTB based on Trowbridge Road 1085's experience and to seek a responsible bank to protect MY money!!!!!
