I called BoA from my cell phone at my house and was put on hold. I got dressed and went to my truck, drove to BoA closed my accounts drove home. Had a beer and was still on hold. "BANK OF AMERICA SUCKS"

Now, banks; really sad that we are paying or their bailout and they are not only taking our money from our pockets from their own greed, but their thank you to us is a real life wake up call... SUCKERS

i had to wait an entire hr. i had to call them today, but thankfully i got everything worked out, but this is the last time i bank with them.

thats probaly you were on hold for so long the center i work at everyone leaves at like 5pm and theirs like 25 peolpe there to take calls
