what are you using for side panels? sheet metal or fiber glass

@CharlieFrky The panels are Corflute, plastic sheet made similar to corrugated cardboard. Cut to shape with knife and poke holes with a screwdriver then zip tie them in place. PM me your email, I'll send you explaination of gear shift.

@MrMonsta2 Haha, I never forgot about a motor. I built it so it could accomadate a motor at a later stage (see video 'go kart build slideshow'). Now getting upgraded to 400cc bike motor and atv wheels.

Wasn't too bad, the rear suspension stopped shock going up my back. Kart got front suspension a few months after this vid was made.

I could email drawings if I had your address. My drawings are basic frame plans, not a complete plan set. The kart runs a cable operated caliper on a home made disc. The axle is 25mm mild steel bar, wheels are off a ride on mower, steering rack is out of a Chinese built buggy.

The panels are Corflute sheet. I don't know if you call it something different. It's plastic made the same way as corrugated cardboard. Try printing suppliers, it gets used a lot for real estate and temporary signs.
