Best thing to do if you want good cards but can't play on high difficulty:

Make a new game mode using the Gathering of Heroes era. Put Zhuge Liang and Yue Ying as your Generals, and also put Sima Yi as your Leader. Put Difficulty on Chaos.

Now go to Consult and look at Zhuge Liang and Yue Ying's and Sima Yi's options. Generally, they have AWESOME cards and you can add them to your deck. It might take a few tries, but just do it.

It's ok, I like it. Don't get we wrong, DW6 Empires is good too but I hate how EVERY character non-generic AND generic officers have the same move set. I grew up with Dynasty Warriors playing characters that had regular swords, spears, pikes...HALBERDS!!!

@Lach1234 DW6 empires sucks! I had to sell it after buying it. It has limited characters you can possess. The banner and uniform's colors mixed between factions. There aren't much soldiers like before. Absolutely sucks!

i bought this game the other day, it does look shit, but its surprisingly addictive. the bad thing is that they never shut up! and whenever they talk its in an american accent and is in english whats that about. i thought in ancient china they would have spoken in chinese. at least put subtitles in there. but i guess it's ok when you biught it for £4 haha

I think they say the AI is bad beucase they play on a lower difficulty they should try playing on CHAOS,this is dynasty warriors it's not meant to be an ideal,human like AI incredible game,it's a hack'n slash video game and the soldier desing's are not so "boxy" as they say it can't be perfect,and besides theese reviewers often don't play the game much cuz they just read and say what they have to idk,at least the "pro" ones do

because the lied to you, you can use the character you want, or create a character, you can create up to ten characters.

That said you may be perhaps because the story mode, you can only choose 3 general characters by region, and have to use a paa general play, but you choose the three generals, and you can recruit more, depending on the number of regions you may possess

and dynasty warriors 6 empires is a pretty good game the gameplay is different than the others. you choose one character to be your main character and depending wheter your a ruler, officer or vagrant will determine your gameplay options. It's a fun game

u atttack them while using the fast attack button and at the end of 5 fast attacks press strong attack it will toss them into the air letting u attack them mid air with fast attack button

More things are availible to you unlike regular games where they only have the musou and challenge mode. When in the Empires version there are more options availible to you

elephants capture Nanman Shadow NO IDEAD but the red Hare harness you get by getting the develpment part and then there is a red hare in it

to get the elephants you go to namna conqure it the use the develpoment skill and develop it as much as you can then do namna train keep doing it till you get the Mammoth Harness

Shadow Harness- conqure all of the northwest the develpo all you can in the furthest Northwest then do Western trade till you get the shadow harness

@Pujols050 well let me correct you. Dynasty Warriors 5 does have a story. Dynasty warriors 5: "Empires" does not. Dynasty Warriors 5: Xtreme Legends has story but primarilly for hardcore players.

They are both the same. Dynasty warriors 5 was first released on Xbox and PS2. DW 5 empire is just a 360 and PS3 version from DW 5(older version). They rated it so low because it should have been better on the new consoles. It means basically that the same game is just on the new and old consoles.

It is about Historical fights, and gameplay, and above all just enjoying the game not worrying that" omfgz these graphics suck" or " this gameplay sucks". Dynasty Warriors fans will not care.

Plus this game was made for Xbox and PS2.

And, It never had live/internet play at all

You need to do research of games before you review them i think.
