Pretty cute for self taught, nothing beats a profesional teacher though, this way bad habbits aren't aquired, but not bad! Costuming is awesome! Keep it up!
well i dont have a credit card, and no one will let me use thiers so..... ive looked everywhere for arms and posture and sharon kiharas and east coast tribal dvd's but i really cant find them, im too poor to take classes, and all that kind of stuff so... errrrr
im learning off of youtube! i cant find any tribalfusion teachers or anything like that near me thats affordable and for some reason i cant buy things online so i cant even buy rachels dvd's or sharons so.... if you have any advice, help!
@cold0crystal ah dam i just realized you answered my question, but this was a year ago hahha yah i didnt have a credit card or debit card to buy anything online with then and even if, i had no money to put on it haha, but now ive been dancing for a while with dvd's and classes so..... im good! haha thanks tho
Try to find a belly dance teacher in your area. If you can't, purchase some instructional DVD's (Rachel Brice herself has some outstanding ones), and occasionally check for a belly dance class in case one appears.
Dedication, motivation, and interest (which you seem to have) are very important in becoming a good dancer.
But nothing substitutes for a real teacher, one who can watch you and correct you. You have potential, but your dancing needs a lot of work.
