Continue your fight, I lost my first child due to family court injustice in 1996, this judge was removed from the bench due to corruption, my child was 20yrs old when this occured. I lost custody of my youngest son in 2005 in a neighboring county due to more family court injustice, I finally got him back last October, only because, I beat them, the "legal BS", at their own game, with the knowledge I had acquired from my first case.
I made every news station protesting the judge at his sentencing hearings forcing him into retirement. Google Judge Korda's drug arrest/sentencing. But the courts are trying to cover for him they knew of his many abuses and allowed him to destroy the lives of many famlies. I am fighting to get JUSTICE in family courts so this NEVER happens again to innocent children and parents. Unless your found "unfit" in dependency court you have a right to continued parental relationship.

For 7 years I fought in court to keep my daughter safe...the court look at me as it was a personal vendetta against her father but it wasnt. It was a mother trying to protect her daughter. The court never considers the "childs rights". My daughter passed away at the age of 7yrs old in the care of her fathers girlfriend. Somehow these practices by the courts have been swept under the rug and the most innocent are left without a voice...so it's up to mom and her supporters to stand up for them at this time.

ok guitarplayaDAVE, Been there, done that. AND, actually the opposing counsel usually writes up the order and it is totally slanted in the direction of the opposing party. It is whomever has the strongest attorney, and in this the only attorney is the one hired by the respondant father. In the law, even the slightest nuances and changes in wording can totally change the direction of the case.
This is not how it goes. I too have been there. They don't record every single word said unless there is a paid stenographer. WIthout a stenographer, there can be a whole discussion and it ends up being whatever is written in the order that the judge signs.
We must demand Judicial accountability , If they are aloud to keep this up every family America will be destroyed , apathy will kill us all . you are a brave women , keep up the good fight .
Everyday in the US Parents are wrongfully denied their children by the actions of Judges that REFUSE TO CONSIDER THE CONSTITUTION OR THE RIGHTS OF PARENTS AND CHILDREN. Recently their was a judge in NY arrested for fixing custody cases for CIGARS AND DINNER. People do lose their children w/o cause other than as in my case denial of Due Process and lack of funds. This was Never a dependency case,if it was I would have been provided a lawyer, guardian ad litem and therapist.I was denied my rights.

FYI we were never married, he never wanted the children told me to abort them, never help me either pregnancy and his only interest in taking the children was AVOIDANCE OF CHILD SUPPORT. The only allegations by the children were against their father for intimadation and physical punishments as noted in a child protective team report that Judge Korda refused to consider. The only reason he got the kids is he has money and we had a CORRUPT,DRUG USING, BIASED,SEXIST,AND TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE JUDGE

The fact is that the media is well aware of this problem, but they are the same as most attorneys. They would lose their status and be admonished within the business circle. I have known Salomae and her children for several years and she has always been a wonderful mother. She did not deserve to lose her children, and even more, her children do not deserve what has happened to them. Because of an unfair court decision, these children are denied their mother as well as loving aunts, uncles and cousins. They are traumatized and are suffering emotionally. The rights of the mother and the children have been consistently violated. The system needs to be changed.
This was never a dependency case,the child protective team made recomendations based on the father's intimidation and physical punishments of the children, the report made no accusations against the Mother,Judge Korda refused to consider the report or allow the Mother to obtain counsel before removing the children from the only home they had ever known without a guardian ad litem, custody evaluator,or counsel protecting the children's rights or interests. Please listen to this and forward to everyone on your list! This woman is a personal friend of mine and all that she is saying is true. She is fighting this battle alone now for over 2 years. The children's needs and rights have been violated. She is not asking for money, just guidance to find the right people who's jobs or organizations are to help. I had high priced lawyers the first 5 1/2 yrs of my case my ex ran up fees, & when I ran out of money my lawyer withdrew,& he went for custody,My house is in foreclosue and I have to declare bankruptcy.When this case started I had almost no debt and only owed 65K on my house left to me by my parents, now I owe over 275K on my house and have excessive debt.I am still fighting I am in paralegal school at U Miami and I am studying for the LSAT.And I will do everything to stop Abuse in Family Court.

Dr Phil is my hero.You are wrong,she lost her kids because she no longer would sleep with him.He told her she would be in court the rest of her life because he could afford it.I know everything & its going public & to the supreme court then published.Its not about retaliation w/him.He is not worth spit.She has alot of support, however she does not know 700 people, but I do & more.And I will fight for those children to stop this emotional abuse that I have witnessed for years.Sorry, never burned

Hello TalentRecruiter. Thanks so much for saying it like it is. The abuse of these children has gone on long enough. Somehow these practices by the courts have been swept under the rug and the most innocent are left without a voice...so it's up to mom and her supporters to stand up for them at this time.

It was also a pot smoking judge and the children have been denied representation by a guardian ad litem, which violates their civil rights. Those are the FACTS.

ok guitarplayaDAVE, Been there, done that. AND, actually the opposing counsel usually writes up the order and it is totally slanted in the direction of the opposing party. It is whomever has the strongest attorney, and in this the only attorney is the one hired by the respondant father. In the law, even the slightest nuances and changes in wording can totally change the direction of the case.

This is not how it goes. I too have been there. They don't record every single word said unless there is a paid stenographer. WIthout a stenographer, there can be a whole discussion and it ends up being whatever is written in the order that the judge signs.

Everyday in the US Parents are wrongfully denied their children by the actions of Judges that REFUSE TO CONSIDER THE CONSTITUTION OR THE RIGHTS OF PARENTS AND CHILDREN. Recently their was a judge in NY arrested for fixing custody cases for CIGARS AND DINNER. People do lose their children w/o cause other than as in my case denial of Due Process and lack of funds. This was Never a dependency case,if it was I would have been provided a lawyer, guardian ad litem and therapist.I was denied my rights.

why did your husband dump you ? did you keep his house clean ? did you cook ? where ya banging the pool boy ? did you blow his money spending it on useless crap like dance lessons ? One thing ive learned in life when a womans kids are taken, there is a real good reason. i'll take a guess and say. your kids are with your Ex because he's an adult whos there for them. 3 of my male friends have their kids. WHY ? because the mothers are out bar hoppin and sleeping while their kids are home alone.

FYI we were never married, he never wanted the children told me to abort them, never help me either pregnancy and his only interest in taking the children was AVOIDANCE OF CHILD SUPPORT. The only allegations by the children were against their father for intimadation and physical punishments as noted in a child protective team report that Judge Korda refused to consider. The only reason he got the kids is he has money and we had a CORRUPT,DRUG USING, BIASED,SEXIST,AND TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE JUDGE

Do you have children? Families are torn apart everyday due to money the state collects off of these cases. Children are hurt. The biast remark you made hurts ALL parents.The ignorance people have to this just shows that we need to bring more awareness to these situations. Salomae you owe no one on here an explanation!!!

Sounds personal. What is happening in our court is a lack of due process and your comments are only an attack on a parent who has a right to parent. The constitution and due process don't seem to apply anymore. Many mens groups are complaining of the same thing, but it goes both ways.

The fact is that the media is well aware of this problem, but they are the same as most attorneys. They would lose their status and be admonished within the business circle. I agree, whole heartedly, with your point and purpose. I've seen it and I urge everyone to learn the truth and speak out against the corruptness that is so prevalent in family courts. We have to stand up for our rights and our childrens rights. Never ever stop exposing the truth.

I have known Salomae and her children for several years and she has always been a wonderful mother. She did not deserve to lose her children, and even more, her children do not deserve what has happened to them. Because of an unfair court decision, these children are denied their mother as well as loving aunts, uncles and cousins. They are traumatized and are suffering emotionally. The rights of the mother and the children have been consistently violated. The system needs to be changed.

This was never a dependency case,the child protective team made recomendations based on the father's intimidation and physical punishments of the children, the report made no accusations against the Mother,Judge Korda refused to consider the report or allow the Mother to obtain counsel before removing the children from the only home they had ever known without a guardian ad litem, custody evaluator,or counsel protecting the children's rights or interests. Civil rights violations throughout case

Please listen to this and forward to everyone on your list! This woman is a personal friend of mine and all that she is saying is true. She is fighting this battle alone now for over 2 years. The children's needs and rights have been violated. She is not asking for money, just guidance to find the right people who's jobs or organizations are to help. These children are literally being torn screaming from their mother's arms after their short visits.

Friend. I have been in the same position and have learned much in the last 15 years. The only lawyer I know and would recommend would be Robin Yeamans, San Jose, CA. The court will such the life out of you. There are no easy answers to the Family Law circus.

I sincerely hope that you regain custody of your children.If you can contact a child advoacy group or I hate to say it maybe a high priced lawyer which will give you media exposure. Unfortunatly you'll have to go public but for your kids it s worth it.Your beautiful and I wish u luck

I had high priced lawyers the first 5 1/2 yrs of my case my ex ran up fees, & when I ran out of money my lawyer withdrew,& he went for custody,My house is in foreclosue and I have to declare bankruptcy.When this case started I had almost no debt and only owed 65K on my house left to me by my parents, now I owe over 275K on my house and have excessive debt.I am still fighting I am in paralegal school at U Miami and I am studying for the LSAT.And I will do everything to stop Abuse in Family Court.
