@justincasekazoo you know.... this is the way that it is! Years ago a person was recognized as an educated one if he or she had a lot of knowledge base in their own mind... And just a few guys could give you an answer, for example, "what is the meaning of life" )) And now we have an access to the agregated human hive-mind... Good? Bad? Life will show!
@AnaBustedFreak IMHO it depends upon the way you are using it: if you are just grabbing your smartphone and start google app each time you need an answer - it is definitely bad. But if you are trying to improve your existing knowledge with the updated info from the web - it is right. For example: it is internet which helped me to learn the basics of video and music editing (I'm at the very beginning, but trying!). Sure you have the same or similar examples.
