Unfortunately most people attend a presentation while they are on a tropical vacation. They are relaxed, excited that they are going to "win" a few hundred dollars, the free meal(the fiesta buffett, whoopie!) and had several strong tropical drinks. By the time the sales people are closing, the slightly drunk, sunburned coupe are giggly and groovin' about the idea of owning a piece of paradise. Drunks signing contracts!

@chinpsiu If you go to 3:13 in the video, it turns out that this video is a commercial(attn: YouTube!) for his own hotel package deal(with fees added I'm sure). Odd that he exposes how bad time-shares are(true) but then it turns out he's just another aggressive salesman from the travel lodging industry. Do yourself a favor: fly to a destination, then shop, in-person for hotels. I got hotel rooms in Hawaii & Mexico for $45 a night. Small hotel, but next door to big hotel with great pool!!
