Awesome video guys...I'd like to see the banks make their decisions in 30 days or less, 6% commission, I love the idea about the appraisal on the front end and standardized defeciency laws...If these banks would commit to getting these short sales done in 30 days or less, it would make everyone's life a lot easier.
