A big gripe I have is when people say "that is JKD." If you payed any attention to Master Lee's teachings, then you would know that JKD is your own style. There are no set moves for JKD. Just to move fluent, quick, and accurately to be the best at your own style.

Thats not sped up at all I studied film & Television thats a normal speed of 30 frames per second.
