Well, now that we all know it was Adam....I must say, this was the DUMBEST storyline.
Kendall drops the gun and run, only to have Adam pick it up and shoot his own brother, all while under the influence of bad meds prescribed by David Hayward. Okay...so if Zach was FACING Kendall who was on the terrace...wouldn't he have seen Kendall drop her gun, AND see Adam fire the gun? Sadly, due to then head writer, Charles Pratt's sloppy writing, this will never be explained.
I agree, I think the killer is Liza (Colby's mom). The other ones are to obvious. Also they already killed off one main character, so they will not want to get rid of another main character. This is why Liza is back in the last scene.
Thanks for posting this, I wasn't home, when the show came on today, This is easy- Who killed Adam- my guess is Colbys mother, the one who slept with Zach. But goodnight, there are more than enough suspects, more people in and out of that house than grand central station (NYC)

my guess is since jr is surprised to c annie in his house since the last time he saw she was a maniac he grabbed her. who threw water in jr's face.
