Well, who is to say that that was JD entering Turk's dorm room? It was JD daydreaming, not Turk. Maybe that was JD remembering entering someone else's dorm room first before he got his own and met Turk. That would still mean he was a dork since Turk met him, but it would just mean he also was before then too. It is possible. Not likely, but possible.

the way turk and jd met changes. in one episode turk came into jd's dorm room and jd was playing dungeons and dragons, and here jd came into turk's dorm room. it's still funny, i just notices that.
