Rascals were silent from 1922 to 1929. Copyright is 50 years.
These films are public domain, I'm pretty sure. And even if not, it's great art, and probably not the only copyrighted material on Youtube. And as far as the music, I imagine NIN would be impressed with this use of their tune.
Thanks for the compliment. I agree that there might be copyright problems, even under "fair use". But I'm okay if its unusable. It was fun to make, and if people just enjoy watching it, then I'm happy with it.
your choice of image and editing is really good. I love the boy with the sheet, which goes to a little kid side steppin in the street and then the butter churn. It's excellent with the music. Great video! :)
LMAO!!!

Yum yum. Eat um up.
One of my favorite episodeds.
If its alright id like to request that you edit in the episode where they bake the cake. specifically the scene where it tries to escape the oven.

Thanks! I figured the NIN went without saying, but Hal Roach should have gotten props.

Thank you. The Little Rascals are a treasure trove of oddity. I hope they don't completely vanish from public memory.

This is absolutely one of the coolest things I've seen yet from your studio. Very skillfully done. I love the way you end it.

You mean the studio tucked away in the corner, stacked up on all those boxes? I thought you'd like the ending. I know how you pinch kids.

The editing is VERY well done, But I dunno... you didn't shoot any of the footage- that's where all the copyright issues come in!
