you do the exact same command of a real hadoken, but instead of pressing a punch button, you press the light kick button. It's an ultra-handy move to stop blocking maniacs on their tracks.

Fire dragon punch uses Fierce punch. It's a normal dragon punch and doesn't require anything special. However, this, like a lot of things, is bugged, and will occasionally come out as a medium punch dragon punch.

If you're talking about the so-called "super", that's just the dragon punch motion twice in a row, quickly, followed by a punch button.

He's right about Guile.

I usually play as Ryu, and a match against Guile is a guaranteed win.

Guile's moves have to be charged, so u can see them comin a mile away. I simply sit back and wait for Guile to come in. If he moves in walking, I simply fireball or hurricane or sweep, or shoryuken if Guile comes in with that reverse jumpkick or that knee thrust.

If he jumps in, simply shoryuken, or jump straight up and Fierce Kick. Plus, Ryu's hurricane kick goes straight through a sonic boom.

Ryu - Is pronounced Ree-Yoo. Not Rai-Yoo. Also another common mistake is Raiden, which is pronounced Rai-Den (like the Ri of Rice), not Ray-Den. Or Gaiden, which is Guy-Den, not Gay-Den.
