Loved Yggdra Union, love Fire Emblem, hearing of a Dept. Heaven SRPG with permadeath is making me exceedingly happy, and hearing Shigeki Hayashi at work again is really just overkill.

Wow, even Atlus USA is taking better care of three Namco Bandai series (Dept. Heaven, Summon Night, and SRW Original Generation) than how Namco Bandai takes care of the Tales series itself!

Yes it is, but Namco Bandai has gotten itself involved in Riviera, by being the Riviera's Wonderswan (pre-merger Bandai handheld) publisher. That's probably how I got the Dept. Heaven series mixed up.

Well its an extremely new game less than two months old so no, however seeing it is related to Riviera/Yggdra Union I would just keep an eye out for any Atlus announcements.  They're the most likely to pick this game up.

It's kinda surprising that Atlus is translating three other DS games instead of this one. It's almost as if Atlus is not going to translate, which would be a huge shame since this is one of those games that one needs to know battle system thoroughly to play the game.

You can kind of figure it out as you go really. I think I know enough of the basics now... I haven't gotten to get the 'Effectives' yet though. Sure that'll mess me up.
