Breaking the fast is dangerous. You must have some one there to prevent whole food consumption for a week at least. I also take digestive enzymes to get the stomach working . God bless you. You are a warrior.

after a fast of this length you should have been taking in fresh fruit and vegetable juices for at least the equivalent number of days.
