Learn what? Camera placement? I'd need to knock my kitchen wall down. As for the requirements of a cook, I'm no professional... I just make some tasty goodness. =D
Why is there another person in the kitchen?!..... Anyway, it would be better if the camera is facing you instead. This way, you do not have to always turn back , i know , its really quite a torture for you to always turn back. but good excercise anyway=)...Oh , n Its also a torture to us viewers too...in fact, i cant see half of the things your doing. Just put the camera in front of you and that settles all the issues..
Wow I watched that, Yorkies looked good to, but I make the best in the world, any one coming to my house insist I make them i'll give my recipy to anyone who wants it
Fantastic lookin' yorkshires. My mum used to make them all the time when I was little, but it wasn't until I spent 2.5 years in Yorkshire before I tasted a proper pudding!
I thought that was a yorkshire accent if evr i heard one lol, my hubby is a yorksire lad he was born near settle, i'm a lancashire lass, we fued all the time over who won war of the roses lol!!!can't wait to try the recipe, cheers!
Cheers for the recipe, will try it out and let you know how it goes, great vid by the way, you sound very yorkshire, are you from that neck of the woods?
I tried Delia recipe too and it turned out rubbish!
How very dare you?? First of all you show our very secret family recipe to the world-then you have the bad manners to use my account!!! Consider yourself grounded boy-youre not too big for a clip round the ear ;) xx
I'm afraid I can't be precise on milk and water becaues thats a more incremental process, I personally use a bit more milk than water. Anyways, get it to a fairly runny consistency, not too runny of course, say... A bit less runny than water so it droops off the spoon or fork a bit.
Great recipe, I've made it just now, and it's delicious!!!
Awesome, but you could add more subtitles to the video, because since this sizzling at 5:31, your voice become more dimly and it needed more attention to understand you.
Written list of all ingredients with amounts would come in useful.
You're certainly right about Delia's recipe - absolute gash. My Yorkshire puddings are now a work of perfection with some input from your highly educational video.

Thanks, I hope it works out for you, and I'm glad what I said about Delia wasn't a lie lol.
To answer your question, I was born a yorkshire lad, now I'm living in Lincolnshire, but I'm keeping the accent if I can.

I've figured it out, here goes:
-100g plain flour
-2 eggs
-About 4 drops of lea & Perrins
-A decent pinch of salt
I'm afraid I can't be precise on milk and water becaues thats a more incremental process, I personally use a bit more milk than water. Anyways, get it to a fairly runny consistency, not too runny of course, say... A bit less runny than water so it droops off the spoon or fork a bit.
I hope this is helpful.

Hi,
Have you got exact ingredients, I can't make them to save me life lol.
bevy1970 3 years ago
I don't really do exact ingredients, but the next time I make them, I'll make some notes and post them up.
coyran 3 years ago
The stuff in the bottle, some sort of extract?
maylayfox 3 years ago
I believe so, I think the key ingredient is fermented anchovies, goes well with a lot of cooking, I wouldn't advise drinking it though.
coyran 3 years ago
Oh, and malt vinegar.
