Yes, Ezeh is so good he got benched for a walk-on in the second half of the year and Leach played better than he did. Mouton has the physical attributes to be good if he can get the mental aspect dwon, which hopefully he can now that hopson is gone. Tate was playing with a huge injury to his left shoulder after the indiana game and still managed to make better reads and stay more comfortable in the pocket as the year went on.
They couldn't use robinson more, because if he and tate both got hurt, they'd have to rely on sheridan, and nobody wants that. Too bad kovacs will probably be a back up/special team stud, because the incoming freshman, (cullen, robinson) and others (emilien) all are more physically gifted and talented. He has changed things and the team is young. The Special teams and Offense have improved, but the defense is terrible. I think the execution is a problem but so is the scheme. The are pushed around. Players can t get off their blocks. UM is losing games the same way as lst year, so there is no progress. Its one thing to lose, it is another thing to not compete in the second half. I've been watching UofM football for almost 40 years, and I've NEVER seen this kind of excitement in the crowd. We've always been the "great quiet" stadium. 107,000 fans with almost NO sound - win-after-win. Now, it's RAUCUS. It's LOUD. I LOVE the sea of yellow. I love everything about this. I love the fact that anyone who is going to beat us will HAVE to score 38-40 points, at LEAST. This isn't your father's UofM - this is something different. And I approve.
I'm gonna admit something here. I wasn't sold on RR as coach. In fact, my heart kept telling me that he was the backup choice (Les Miles), and that we'd be looking at several years of mediocrity.
Four games in, and I'm sold. I'm sold. I'm not "sold out", but I'm sold. The level of excitement that this team has brought to this season (especially after that painful season last year) is almost unmatched in the country.
Will they go undefeated? Highly unlikely. But it's ALREADY pretty special.

I wouldn't be too disappointed if Michigan does not beat OSU. RR has dramatically changed the offense and secondly they have a young team. Michigan will get back to their winning ways but it may take several seasons.

He has changed things and the team is young. The Special teams and Offense have improved, but the defense is terrible. I think the execution is a problem but so is the scheme. The are pushed around. Players can t get off their blocks. UM is losing games the same way as lst year, so there is no progress. Its one thing to lose, it is another thing to not compete in the second half. Speaking of the loses to IU PSU and WU. Its like they give up

I suspect that the University of Michigan will give coach RR several more years before there will be any talk of firing or forced resignation.

Good grief give the guy a chance. He's changed the offence and he still has a very young team. Even the sport writers said that Michigan will have a very tough 3 or 4 seasons before things begin to work for them again.

man, i love the Qb's that Michigan is bringing in Tate Forcier- great freshman year so far, and has led us to like a bunch of comebacks this year. he is awesome Denard Robinson- this kid is super fast, and they say he really has a good arm, and he has been improving in his passing a of late.
it makes me kinda sad that he is 2nd string. but im happy we have Tate as our starter. Devin Gardner- this guy looks amazing!!! look him up!! as none of these guys transfer, we should be okay.

I've been watching UofM football for almost 40 years, and I've NEVER seen this kind of excitement in the crowd. We've always been the "great quiet" stadium. 107,000 fans with almost NO sound - win-after-win. Now, it's RAUCUS. It's LOUD. I LOVE the sea of yellow. I love everything about this. I love the fact that anyone who is going to beat us will HAVE to score 38-40 points, at LEAST. This isn't your father's UofM - this is something different. And I approve.

I'm gonna admit something here. I wasn't sold on RR as coach. In fact, my heart kept telling me that he was the backup choice (Les Miles), and that we'd be looking at several years of mediocrity.
Four games in, and I'm sold. I'm sold. I'm not "sold out", but I'm sold. The level of excitement that this team has brought to this season (especially after that painful season last year) is almost unmatched in the country.
Will they go undefeated? Highly unlikely. But it's ALREADY pretty special.
