Its a drag brake. Locking the rear wheels to help it decend slower and w more control. Just like the real ones

the redcat rs10 isnt a good crawler i baleave.. i got a venom creeper and its a good crawler after some mods u can make it beast. the axials are good too but does cost little more.. and their alot more famous.. hmm go to -rccrawlerforums- and look for at the diffrent choices and diffrent things people do to their crawlers and find one u like.. always read about the crawler you get first..

Where do you get your Crawlers shipped in from? Because im looking at a Venom Creeper Competition Rock Crawler on RC Planet.com. would you recommend it? I have a place to crawl and im willing to spend some money on a decent Crawler, but i dont want to pay duty coming across the border into Canada (Victoria BC). PLEASE REPLY SOON

Any advice on a crawler like one of those here? They perform so well and look though. I've been looking at Ebay ones new for around $350 1/8 scale but not sure if they're rubbish that'll snap in half or something :-).
