Haha, I know what song they were playing! It was hard to guess at first but I think I know. Anyway, I'm pretty sure they were trying to play Hirai Ken's Pop Star. What's my prize? :D What band level are they in?

Ahhh, you're right, thanks! I didn't know what the song was. They are a high school brass band in Nagoya, Japan; they were performing at their school festival in September 2006. You win... my gratitude, for I was wondering what the song was!
