The "you can't cheat your first kiss" is my favorite scene ever of GA and that episode it my favorite episode. So powerful and meaningful!

For some reason I cry whenever Alex is sweet because he's usually a jerk. I cried the first time I saw this. Also the episode in season two where you think Alex is about to beat up George and he hugs him. And the scene where he picks up Izzie have Denny dies.
