Accusations of blasphemy which Christians are often accused of can bring jail time, churches face pressure, and speaking openly about Jesus Christ can bring persecution, though a Muslim sharing his faith with a Christian is very much accepted. Christians, Ahmadis, Hindus, all tell stories and have witnesses of their suffering for their faith.

The government needs to protect the rights of minorities, and fight against religious extremeism, but the truth is, the best option for minorities may indeed be to leave for India. It is just not safe for Christians, Ahmadis, etc. there.

Poverty is problem for all Pakistanis alike. I don't agree with people saying that they feel like 3rd grade citizens because of lack of privileges. Accusations of blasphemy which Christians are often accused of can bring jail time, churches face pressure, and speaking openly about Jesus Christ can bring persecution, though a Muslim sharing his faith with a Christian is very much accepted. Christians, Ahmadis, Hindus, all tell stories and have witnesses of their suffering for their faith.
