Why does everyone put LA after PH? Hyrule is GONE, Link knows that at the end of WW. It's been effing flooded. WTH would he go sailing to try to find it? Link's Awakening is a direct sequel, and there's evidence to prove it:

During the nightmare fight, Link fights a creature that represents Ganon AND a creature representing Aghanim (spelling error). This leads one to assume that Link had to have fought them before to have done so.

So ya, that's pretty much the evidence, and it's good evidence at that.

i believe that a lot of the games like Twilight Princess, Majora's Mask, Four Swords Adventures, WindWaker, etc. are little tasks Link has to do while preparing for the big battle aganist Ganondorf and Ganon on OoT, i think all those types of Legend of Zelda games were just mental practices your sage Rauru puts in your mind while you sleep, i know its a big leap but it works if you put them all together, if youre willing to use your imagination a bit :)

Know what I think? The timeline stuff is something they are starting to thibnk about know after the games have been made. They probably just thought of making the games then, and know, seeing that a lot of people wants to know, they try to explain it. But there is a possile timeline in there. And also, the four swords is a part of the series, since it actually gives to the story (minish cap continuation and explanation of Ganondorfs origins.)

Minish Cap doesnt have the Master Sword tho. It was reforged to form the four sword. It would make more sense for it to appear after a game like Alttp because Ganon is at the end of FSA sealed in the Four Sword. If Minish Cap was really intended to be the first then It would be the Four Sword in OoT and not the Master Sword.

This is pretty good. Two things: If Minish Cap is here, Four Swords and FSA should be too. Those three are a trilogy. Also, I would suggest updating this to include Spirit Tracks, which is a sequel to Phantom Hourglass.

That's because he is. It also says "with whom he parted ways when he completed his heroic destiny". Saria's in Kokiri Forest (because the sages return to Hyrule when Link defeats Ganon and goes back to the past), Malon's still at Lon Lon Ranch, and Link sees Zelda at Hyrule Castle when he leaves for Termina, because she gives him the Ocarina.

I think the Hyrule we see in the early NES & SNES games is the Hyrule that Link and Tetra discover just prior to the events of Spirit Tracks. So, it's not the same Hyrule as OoT, but a new Hyrule.

The Wind Waker does not take place 100 years after the events of Ocarina of Time. Do you really think Hyrule was flooded, cities upon islands were made, and the entire history of Hyrule was forgotten in 100 years?

There's even a scene in Wind Waker where the King tells Link and Zelda that CENTURIES have passed since Hyrule was flooded.

She's been put into an eternal sleep where she doesn't age. And it's official that OoT is before Z2 which wouldn't work then since Zelda in Z2 is the first Zelda. Hence why the end of Z2 is the end of the "legend of zedla" and the series.

,in young Links times line when he came back from bein an adult he told the King and Zelda of Ganons evil plans so he got arested then locked in the Twilight realm wich leads to TP,,

but in the adult time line before he was sent back in time he defeated Ganon as an adult and with the help of Zelda and the sages they locked him in the Sacred realm wich leads to WW

Yea I agree with you! Young Link tells the King which leads to showing in TP Gannondorf's execution which goes all screwey and leads to the story of TP. The Flood occures because Link went back in time and wasn't there to stop Gannon when he broke out

Also, the smash bros games arent connected to anyones story line because its just a fighting game and no character has ever mentioned it in their own game =p

Yeah, there are minigames featuring Link in all WW games, in DKC2 Link is seen as a character in Cranky's Hero thingy, and in Tetris for NES almost all Nintendo Characters at the time was featured. :P
