What are you bikers getting so worked up about? A car has so much more dead weight to haul around its four wheels, of course it's bound to be slower.

However, there are some cars like Bugatti Veyron, Koenigsegg CCX, Ultimate Aero SSC etc. that give even 1000ccs a run for their money. If a car happens to win one race, well that just proves that the car is exceptionally fast.

@darkmage7280 Yes ,but if you take one of this cars put it against one of the fastest bikes :And the result will be the same like before : the bike will be faster ! You don´t believe me ? Look at MTT Y2K, this bike do the 300Km/h in less than 6 sec.! Or a legal 500 hp turbo-busa : 450 Km/h! But how many people got those cars or those bikes? Let us talk about the usually verhicles on the street !

@sincityracer1 Y2K is a *very* special case, if we bring it in, we should be bringing in rocket cars as well. I'm not trying to close down the discussion, but like I said, most bikes are bound to be faster: power/weight ratio. To beat the fastest bikes one needs an F1 or something similar, not something usually found in streets.

@fortunate101 It`s a right point ! The carfans are obsessed by the compulsion to find a proof that a car is faster than a bike! And so they put a 0.01% on street car against a 20% on street bike ! And the carfans which doing their comments her , own certainly only a 99,99% on street car !

To all you people debating who is fastest of car vs bike: A bike is faster around a fast track, with straights, high speed corners etc. A car is faster around relatively slow tracks with lots of twisties and low speed corners. A car got better brakes and more grip in corners, so it benefits when its many slow sections. Which one wins depends where you drive.

Can't keep the front down? Has his tail dance under him on the straight? Seriously? .. listen to that guy's engine in the corners - he is still slowing down in the middle and accelerates only when he gets out .. he can shave 10 secs of that time, no need to change the bike.

I agree, but not becuase of the price match, Because the westfield is the pretty much the closest thing to a street legal race car you can get and so the same should apply to the bike they chose.
