How long can you hold that leg lift at 6 inches? Video it so we can see your abs real strength and toughness!

Great to do a total set - also antagonists, back, rib, tricep muscles..after important warm up and eating,sleeping well!

A gallon of water a day. Ouch, I dont drink half of that right now. How important is it to drink that much water? Another 5 Star video.

i only have 3 general workouts for my abs, sit ups, leg lifts and side bends with a 45 lbd weight. is there anything else that i should consider doing.
