One of the reasons why I didn't support the cause of petition: because its not the best solution TO the problem that many don't seem to recognize. may karapatan ang mga pinoy na mag-react at magprotesta sa ganitong isyu kahit na masasabing mahirap na bansa lang tayo. hindi man intensyon sirain ng abc ang pangalan ng phil meds school, karapatan pa rin ng mga pilipino na ipahiwatig ang kanilang opinyon ukol sa isyung ito. meron tayong karapatan na gumawa ng ingay, meron din tayong "choice" na manahimik na lang.

Pero ito ang isyu na dapat mag-react sa tamang paaraan. Protesta ay hindi sagot lagi! May karaptan gumawa ng ingay, pero dapat maayos and in a professional manner, hindi ung mentality ng magaayos tulad ng mga pinoy aktivista. Marami sa inyo akal nyo alam kung ung source ng problema. Kung ganon, bakit hindi maayos ng mabuti? At anong abot ng resolution nyo? May consequences naman diba? WE DEAL WITH THAT TOO!

what´s wrong for being a pinoy activist? there´s a lot of form of protest. una sa pamamaraan ng pagsulat (katulad ng ginawa ni rizal), pangalawa sa pamamaraan ng diplomatikong pag-uusap, kaya nga may fil-am med body at phil goverment para sila ang magrepresent sa pinas in formal way at meron din nag-rarally katulad ng edsa people power. sa aking palagay lahat itoý tama. walang primitibong paraan dito. katulad ng pagkukuro-kuro natin dito sa youtube. primitibo ba´to?

5 kano na ang napahiya sa akin nang sabihin ko sa kanila ang maling ginagawa nila face to face. Manager at isang District manager ang ilan. They didn't fire me! pero nagbago sila ng treatment sa kin gumanda, HIndi ako nagtawag ng pinoy community para -ideal ang issue! hindi din ako nagdemanda! Just talked to them intellectually and firmly and boldly standing on my rights and do it right! Mga activista matapang lang pag marami.

yes, i do believe in intellectual ways. ganito ako lumaban sa mga foreigner na mangmang dito or sobrang bilib sa sarili. nilalampaso ko sila ng knowledge at skill power. pero the issue is not a one on one bullying but was an international issue affecting the filipinos around the world because the show is actually watched and translated to may different languages around the world.

hindi ko ipinagmamalaki ang smoky mountain ngunit hindi ko rin itinatago ang katotohanan na meron ngang smoky mountain sa pinas. mahirap nga na bansa ang pinas at maraming buwaya, pero hindi ko matatanggap na hayaan na lang ang abc at magsabi na lang ng sorry. dapat tanggalin ang senaryo kung saan ginamit na punchline ang phil med school, bago pa man ikalat sa iba´t ibang bansa ang bagong season na ito ng DH.

ang alam lang ba natin na kapag-lumabas ka ng pinas amerika lang ang ating makikita. ang mundo ay masmalaki pa sa pilipinas at amerika. maraming pang mga tao sa mundo ang walang kaalam alam tungkol sa pilipinas at ang kultura nito. karamihan kilala lang nila sa pilipinas ay si imelda marcos at ang libu-libo nitong sapatos. marami ring mangmang na tao sa ibang bansa at ang alam lang nila na ang mga pinoy ay mga domestic helper lang.

At worried sa kanila because? Anong ikadadala nilang kabutihan sa atin? Kung kusto nilang maging ignorante, bahala sila. Kung gusto nila sirain tayo, subokan nila. Yung masisira lamang ang sumusuko at maniwala sa idea mo. You believe in the prejudice, you fall to it. Minorities in other parts of the globe will have to face that struggle, and winning will help better represent our country.

Haha, Im not here to argue. I totally agree with you and what this video contains. Its true...our country has problems. And its true...you cannot make the world believe in your credibility by a piece of paper with a bunch of signatures.You have to start it by healing the internal bleeding. But what I am saying is...I also understand what could have caused those actions. Admit it or not a button was pushed and when that happens we sometimes do things because it is what we feel is right.

One of the reasons why I didn't support the cause of petition: because its not the best solution TO the problem that many don't seem to recognize. Its nice that ABC has apologized but if they respected that amount of voices, imagine if those voices could make themselves heard in our pressing issues.

you're right...about diplomacy, about filipinos capabilities and appropriate approach to discrimination. I just hope that the video established that.I am not denying that what was mentioned on the first one were facts and nothing more...However is it the diplomatic approach towards filipino's reaction towards a simple dialogue on T.V?
