I seriously cannot see how you can brand the Springboks the best team of 2009. They got humiliated losing to not one, but TWO clubs, who were stripped of their current international players. As far as i know, they were the only international side to lose to a club, (excluding the All Blacks lose the the Barbarians, but the Barbarians are not a normal club).
You could say that they are the great losers of the November Tests.
Lets talk about standard of opposition...I just dont see Ireland beating the AB's three times in a year if they have not done it 1 time in a 100 years...
