Sorry but Crystal meth is a drug I think left out that can make a person feel some of the same things. Get some good shit and you are bound to sink into the ground, hear some voices, and living dream an hallucinogenic. . . Some people say ur wasting the high if you lay on your back but then again mind/body. . . both? Wake up. Or go to sleep, either way. . . just like pills, whats your function. You can be happy and out there on any drug really. . . Grunge is different. . . blues in a sense.

The name is actually "Real Thing" and the original version was on the album Facelift...this is a radically different version so I assume it is a bootleg alternative version.

@fumetti This is the demo version of the song Real Thing that made it onto Facelift so this is the original version and the radically different version is on Facelift. The song was originally called Heroin. I do love the slower tempo on Facelift though.
