  • This is one of your best drills. I got my tennis partner who always tries to blast to be able to hit consistently and in control. We play to keep the ball alive as long as possible with this drill and it has work very well.

  • Duce side is the right side and advantage side is the left one. In duce players take position in the right side and for the advantages on the left.
